While catching up with our friends at a restaurant in NYC, the conversation shifted from the wine list to their vision of Good Day Pilates. We listened to their dream of a modern Pilates studio designed with intelligence.

In exploring and researching this brand, we learned that tension and release is a key foundation to Joseph Pilates method. Good Day Pilates’ identity is based around this foundational principle and the transition that the body and mind make to move better and feel better.
